No guides, no tip wrap, no fuss, and full contact blank sensitivity
The inline concept is designed to deliver a smooth and seamless fishing experience that is radically new for jigging rods yet incredibly simple. Our brand new Inline rods use a single stripper guide to feed the line into the inner core of the blank, running the line through the entire length of the fishing rod. Traditional rods using multiple rings to guide lines create individual stress points. In contrast, the inline concept allows the stress to be evenly distributed throughout the blank, resulting in a smooth and seamless bend that is impossible in a traditional fishing rod.
The inline concept is best deployed in Slow Pitch and high pitch Jigging rods. Without guides, there is zero possibility of the dreaded tip wrap, which, as we all know, has resulted in many broken tips. This is especially so when jigging at night or in windy conditions. Guides are also troublesome and must be handled carefully to avoid chipping the rings or bending the frame. A single damaged guide renders the whole rod unusable for the trip
With the line in constant contact with the inside of the blank and coupled with Temple Reef’s DSS (Direct Sensitivity System), sensitivity is amplified like no other rods. Hookups, head shakes, fish movements, and even hook slips will be pronounced, allowing the angler to make adjustments accordingly. Better sensitivity also means enhanced sensation and feel, taking the joy of fishing to a higher level.
Finally, packing for a trip will now be so much easier. Without guides, you can probably pack twice the number of rods into your rod tube.
